Our first café was opened in 2004 in Livorno at the Naval Academy and ushered in a new path for Paolo Ardisson Srl, the parent company that has been in the food business since 1940.
The Cafe & Bistrot project and brand was officially born in 2021, during the latest redesign of our venues.
To date, we have seven Cafe & Bistrot locations distributed in Tuscany within some prestigious university centers in Pisa; at two Hospital Presidiums of operational-health importance in the area and also in the naval tourist transit district of the city of Livorno, at the Cruise Terminal.
